the skills I need to get a promotion is:
1.I need understand the assign tasks. I need prove I'm the person how my manager need. When my manager talk me now the important the task. the manager give me the goals and deadline when he need receive the information, and I need all the information the task and doing. I make a good work the give positive feedback in public.

4)Let the employee set the deadline, let the employee do the job by himself and supervise indirectly, give appropiate feedback to the employees, bad feedback in the office, and good feedback in front of the rest of crews.

To improve my deligation skills, I need to know the goal of my profession. Managers are supposed to supervise their employees who are the most important resources in the company. It depends on a manager's role if the ability of employees would be efficently used or not. The role of managers is not only to work hard themselves and encourage workers by being a good example but also to give them chance to develop their skills and find some potentials. Knowing every employee's skill, personality and ability is good point so that I can give them a just right task. Every workplace has various needs which sholud be accomplished in efficent way. We studied with substitution teacher Kay Walter today. While you're absence class, we devated about cheating and plagiarism. We also discussed and wrote it. Meantime, I'm usually poorer in speaking than in listening, however, I tried effort to explain my partner. I need to push myself.
